The Perinatal Neonatal Quality Collaborative of Rhode Island (PNQCRI) is a statewide consortium of community birth workers, perinatal providers/clinicians, hospitals, policy makers, government entities that aims, through the use of improvement science, to improve maternal outcomes throughout the state.
